Who we are
This notice describes how AirBuild Studio, a brand operated by Good Dynamics LLC, handles personal data on the marketing website airbuildstudio.com. We are a business-to-business studio. We design and build websites, mobile apps and AI agents for companies. We do not operate a consumer health service on this site and we do not ask for health data.

Data we collect and where it comes from
You give us data when you send a project enquiry: name, email address, company (optional), message, the language of the page (locale) and the time we receive it. The message may include the service and budget you choose. Do not include health information, patient information or other special-category data. If you do, we will delete it and ask you to resend the enquiry without it.
Your browser stores a language choice (airbuild-lang) and a cookie choice (airbuild-consent) in local storage on your device. We also keep a short-lived hash of the network address that submitted an enquiry, so we can limit repeated submissions. We do not store the address itself in the enquiry record.
The hosting provider may process technical logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) to deliver and protect the site. Google Fonts may receive your IP address when the browser requests font files. Analytics scripts, including flock.js and measurement scripts served from __l5e paths, load only after you choose Accept. Image files served from __l5e asset paths are page content, not a separate tracker.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to read your request, reply, prepare a proposal and keep a record of that business conversation. We use the rate-limit hash and hosting logs to keep the form and the site available and to reduce spam. We use the language and consent values to remember the choices you made on this browser. If you accept analytics, the hosting provider measures visits and interactions so we can understand which pages are used.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or other marketing. We do not sell personal data. We do not use enquiry data to train public AI models.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on Article 6(1)(b) to take steps at your request before entering a contract. We rely on Article 6(1)(f) for ordinary business correspondence, site security and spam controls. Those interests are limited to running a B2B studio website; you can object as described below. We rely on Article 6(1)(a) for non-essential analytics. Rejecting or later withdrawing that choice means those scripts are not loaded. We rely on Article 6(1)(c) where a law requires us to keep a record.
Recipients and processors
Good Dynamics LLC staff who handle enquiries can read them. Supabase stores the enquiry records (database hosting, United States). Lovable hosts this website and, only after Accept, provides the analytics scripts described above. Google receives a connection when fonts are loaded. If an email provider is later connected — Resend is the path prepared in the code, and it is not active unless the owner adds an API key — that provider would deliver the enquiry to hello@airbuildstudio.com. We do not currently have that provider configured, so the enquiry is stored for the studio to read in its database.
Authorities may receive data when the law requires it. A buyer of the business could receive the relevant records if the studio is sold, under the same limits.
International transfers
Good Dynamics LLC is established in the United States. Enquiry data and hosting logs may be processed there and in other countries where the providers above operate. For people in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the transfer mechanism (such as Standard Contractual Clauses offered by a provider) still has to be confirmed by the owner's lawyer. Until that review, treat this description as a draft of the intended arrangement, not a completed transfer assessment.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after the last message in that conversation, then delete them, unless a contract, invoice or legal claim requires a longer period. Rate-limit hashes are kept for 24 hours. The language and consent values stay in your browser until you change or clear them. Hosting logs follow the host's ordinary retention. Analytics data, if you accept it, follows the hosting provider's retention for that tool.
Your rights and how to use them
Where the GDPR applies you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, and a portable copy of the enquiry data you gave us. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time, without affecting processing that was lawful before the withdrawal. You can complain to a supervisory authority. In Spain that is the AEPD (aepd.es). If you are elsewhere in the EEA, you can contact your local authority.
Email hello@airbuildstudio.com with the right you want to use and the address you used on the form. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. We aim to reply within one month. To opt out of analytics, choose Reject on the cookie banner, or open Cookie settings in the footer and choose Reject. Clearing site data in your browser also removes the saved choice and the language preference. There is no marketing list to leave: the enquiry form is not a subscription.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
